Vít Pavlík (born 1976 in Volary) is a Czech visual artist, curator, and educator. He graduated from the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, where he earned a master’s degree. Since 1999, he has been active in the Czech and international art scene. He is the founder of the artistic movement Volarism and chairman of the Association of South Bohemian Visual Artists. He currently serves as director of the Elementary Art School in Volary. His works have been presented at more than 150 exhibitions worldwide. Notable venues include the European Parliament in Brussels, Czech embassies in Paris and Vienna, and the Salon d’Automne in Paris. He has received several awards, and his works are represented in public and private collections, forming part of contemporary cultural heritage today, with strong links to landscape, memory, and personal experience in art.
