She graduated from the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, where she earned two master's degrees before continuing with doctoral studies at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade. Gala is one of the most successful artists of her generation today. She has won multiple awards for drawing and painting while at the Academy. Internationally, she has been awarded by the Minister of Culture of Qatar and the Prime Minister of the EU for her humanitarian work with disabled children. She represented Serbia twice at the World Biennale of Art in Beijing. She has held artistic scholarships in Finland, India, New York and Singapore. Her work has been exhibited worldwide. Gala’s art speaks volumes, delving deep into the human psyche and dissecting society with surgical precision. She stands out for her unique approach and unwavering dedication to her vision. Gala challenges conventional narratives and invites us to look beyond the surface, to engage with the deeper questions that her work poses. Her paintings are not just images; they are profound statements about the nature of existence, the human condition, and the relentless passage of time.
